Higher Logic Thrive Community Plus Points Menu
As part of Higher Logic Thrive Community Plus, Higher Logic offers customers:
- Plus Planning Session: Up to one (1) hour session HL Community Plus Planning Session (beginning session) to plan and coordinate projects, tasks, and work together
- Plus Flex Session: Up to one (1) hour session for flexible time with HL Community Advisor and customer
- Plus Point Quarterly: Simple report outlining points used, remaining points, items completed, and suggestions for next items for Plus offerings.
- Points for Projects/Tasks: Customer can select points from menu below to be used during each subscription year of the Term. Points do not carryover so it’s important to plan ahead.
Customers have points to be used over the course of a subscription year of the Term for sessions or tasks with their HL Community Advisor. Point values are determined by scope, level of complexity and time. For items with a range of point values or not listed below please discuss with HL Community Advisor.
