Design & Branding:
- Custom Icons – Subscriber can identify a set of up to 20 icons (Subscriber must own the appropriate license/IP for these and provide HL Design Team with valid SVG files for each), for which we will create a kit using Fort Awesome and deliver for use anywhere on the website. Training will include how to swap icons between your custom kit and the default Font Awesome icons available natively.
[10 Points per set of 20]
- Additional design components/features or functionality that requires additional custom design (adding custom patterns or design elements from branding, embedding maps, other interactive features, adding patterns or illustrations to backgrounds, etc). This must be vetted by HL Design Services team [Points TBD once scoped by HL Design Team]. Examples include:
-
-
- An Interactive Map
- An Infographic
- Patterns or Other Branding Elements (eg. the swoosh included on the homepage in a section at 50% opacity from Nike’s logo), (eg. angled section/background color separations as opposed to straight horizontal)
- custom image/illustration for a hero banner
- specific font styling from a brand book/guideline that differs from the default weights and sizes
- Adding an additional color into the color scheme
- Assistance sourcing images – Recommended photos for banners and other featured areas in the initial homepage personalizations are included by default, but if Subscriber requires more assistance sourcing and replacing these images through the Personalization phase of the project they may use points to have HL Design Team spend more time to work with Subscriber to find the best images that fit the industry/members/organization. Scope of images HL Design Team will assist with is limited to the images that are found on the Personalized Public Homepage and Member Home only. (*Excludes images coming in through feeds; eg blogs, library entries, events etc). Images sources include Unsplash or free Adobe Stock imagery only. [10 Points]
Page Layout and Build:
- Depending on complexity of page and whether it needs a design mockup: 10-15 points / page; to be vetted by HL Design Team
Notes:
Data Migration is separate task order – this is user generated content like files, articles or blogs.
