Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Plus Points Menu

As part of Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Plus, Higher Logic offers customers:

  • Plus Planning Session: Up to one (1) hour session HL Marketing Plus Planning Session (beginning session) to plan and coordinate projects, tasks, and work together
  • Plus Flex Session: Up to one (1) hour session for flexible time with HL Marketing Advisor and customer
  • Plus Point Quarterly: Simple report outlining points used, remaining points, items completed, and suggestions for next items for Plus offerings.
  • Points for Projects/Tasks: Customer to select points from menu below to be used during each subscription year of the Term. Points do not carryover so it’s important to plan ahead.

Customers have points to be used over the course of a subscription year of the Term for sessions or tasks with their HL Marketing Advisor. Point values are determined by scope, level of complexity and time. For items with a range of point values or not listed below please discuss with HL Marketing Advisor.

Marketing Projects:

  • Web Tracking guidance (3 points)
  • Strategy/General Questions Session (3 or 5 points)
  • Persona set-up (3 or 5 points)
  • Engagement scoring set-up (3 or 5 points)
  • Template Design & Support (up to three (3) new templates per year (5 points per template)
  • Dynamic Targeting (5 points)
  • Set & Send: creation of newsletters/one-off emails based on copy provided by customer (5 or 10 points per message)
  • Metrics & Analysis Insight (5 or 10 points)
  • Functional Training Sessions (5 or 10 points)
  • Deliverability Review & guidance (5 or 10 points)
  • Build & Execute: creation of campaigns and mailings linked to campaign sections (10 points per campaign)
  • Preference Management Pages (10 points)
  • Hands on support in constructing automated campaigns (map out campaign process flow, Define appropriate date and time wait steps, set up branch logic to customize flow) (10 points)

Design Projects:

  • Marketing Strategy/General Questions Session (3 or 5 points)
  • Marketing Annual design review call + 30 minutes of takeaway work (5 points)
  • Marketing Email Template Design & Support (up to three (3) new templates per year (5 points per template)
